One of the only high school opera programs in the country, the nine month program is designed to develop and enhance the individual young vocal performer through improvisation, mock auditions, movement, musical preparation and dramatic interpretation in a small ensemble setting. Auditions are usually held in late summer. The program begins in October and concludes with an annual Showcase in June.
