Paul Rogers

Piano Teacher

Paul Rogers has been one of Cincinnati's numerous credible pianists for several years, since his student days at the University of Cincinnati's College Conservatory of Music.  He gives credit to all of his piano professors: Margaret McNamara, John Quincy Bass, Jeanne Kirstein, and Dr. Robert K. Evans (accompanying professor), for their invaluable contributions to his training and mastery of music and the piano.

Since leaving the Conservatory, Rogers has worked in association with Playhouse In the Park, Cincinnati Opera Outreach, Contemporary Dance Theater, Xavier University Music Department, the Musical Arts Center, and some local schools, as a rehearsal pianist, voice coach and/or accompanist.   He's been a committed music director for either short or lengthy engagements at a few local churches, synagogues, and one of Cincinnati's local community centers.  Rogers has also been a featured soloist in various local and national settings.  Most recently, he happily accepted the Musical Arts Center's invitation to join its piano faculty.
