Xan Waddell Jeffery, soprano, earned Master of Music and Bachelor of Music degrees in Vocal Performance from the College-Conservatory of Music (CCM) at the University of Cincinnati. Currently, Xan teaches voice at the Musical Arts Center and is also Director of Vocal Activities at McNicholas High School. This spring she will be Musical Director for the Cincinnati Music Theatre (CMT) production of The Drowsy Chaperone.

As a performer, Xan has sung with the Vocal Arts Ensemble, the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, the Indianapolis Symphony, and the Nashville Symphony. She is presently a soloist with the St. Timothy’s Episcopal Choir and the Worship Arts Team at Parkside Christian Church.

Xan is a member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS); the Ohio Music Educators Association (OMEA); Sigma Alpho Iota; the Three Arts Scholarship Board; and the CCM Board of Governors. In 2008, she was invited to join the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) for her national commercial work.
