Musical Arts Center is a community-based music school offering the highest quality musical education programs
for all ages.
Private lessons are offered in traditional study of voice, piano, strings, guitar, winds, brass, and percussion instruments,
as well as Suzuki programs in violin and piano.
The MAC also offers private and group study in drama.
The Musical Arts Center
provides students with many optional hours of master classes,
theory and sightsinging at no charge. Recital and other performance opportunities offer students numerous experiences for growth.

our philosophy
Personal growth through music has been the root of Musical Arts Center programs,
designed to develop the whole student by means of a positive approach to music, and
through the encouragement and support of our faculty and staff. Since 1978, Musical
Arts Center students have been prominent performers in local and regional musical
theater and opera, and have been accepted into highly acclaimed college music programs,
attesting to the success of this philosophy.

The Musical Arts Center is located in the O’Bryonville/Hyde Park area of Cincinnati.
The office is open Monday through Saturday. Please call us at (513) 321-2766 if you
have any questions.
Private lessons are taught at our main campus in O’Bryonville as well
as in
Branch and Satellite locations in the Cincinnati area. Branch
locations are schools, churches,
and privately owned buildings which allow us to use their facilities for lessons. We do give priority to
students attending those schools. Satellite locations are schools who have made special arrangements with
the Musical Arts Center to
provide private instruction specifically to their students. Satellite locations
are not available to the general public. Prices vary at Branch
and Satellite locations depending on the
subsidy provided by the host location. Please call the MAC office for the rate of a specific location.

In addition
to our private lessons we also
offer a variety of programs, workshops
in acting, voice, and other specialized areas throughout the school year as
well as commuter camps and workshops during the summer months.
